In 2024, multi-award winning Avenue Bookstore celebrates 38 years of bookselling. One of Australia's finest independent bookshops, Avenue Bookstore first opened in1996 in the heart of Albert Park village and now has two additional stores in Elsternwick and Richmond. We consider ourselves a haven for book lovers, a favourite meeting place, and a destination for readers across Melbourne and beyond.
